A skincare routine is a must for me - it prevents premature skin ageing (especially in your 20s) and reduces stress. I want to look and feel good throughout my life. Spending a few minutes giving ourselves some good facial massages is very relaxing and relieves tension.
I used to spend lots of money on investing in luxury brands because they are so well-advertised, and most people would use them. However, as I am trying to be more eco-friendly and minimalist - yes, a more conscious consumer, I want to learn more about where my products come from and how they are made.
As there are more resources online for us to find and learn more about how to be more sustainable nowadays, I am intrigued about organic and/or environmentally friendly skincare products. I have only just learnt that organic skincare products are made using ingredients farmed organically. They don't contain synthetic fertilisers or pesticides and are less harmful to the environment.
I have used Estelle & Thild products for a while now and like how gentle they are to my skin. I really love it. I also use Jason and Lumene. They are eco-friendly products.
